Advent Appraisers is seeking individuals who are interested in real estate services which include and are not limited to, appraisals, home inspections, real estate investment and property management. The flexibility of the job allows for individuals to work from home and the office, making contact with borrowers, scheduling inspections and preparing/uploading.

While the main office provides direction and support, inspectors are expected to work independently and efficiently. Timelines, due dates and consistent scheduling are the absolute requirements for the position. As inspector, the role includes how to assess a property in terms of its condition, occupancy and management. In addition, the role includes the inspection of exterior and interior homes in various neighborhoods and towns.

The role's work flow is based on clients' assignments, requirements and location. The main office will provide direction and support, while inspectors are expected to maintain their responsibilities. The turnaround time for reports and inspections are daily.

New inspectors are welcomed as they will be working alongside seasoned and experienced inspector and appraisers on several inspections. Ongoing training and support are provided throughout your career with Advent Appraisers.

The ideal candidate has the experience and/or training to adequately assess the physical condition of a property, preferably one to three years of real estate/construction experience. He or she must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good computer/technology skills.
