Job Description:

We are a privately-owned industrial machine tool supplier based in Chicago, IL. We have continued to grow our operations and expand our large, online retail presence.We are looking for a responsible, dependable and long term team player to help support our expanding business model.

Duties:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic Skills/Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
Ability to type fast
Familiarity with eCommerce websites
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience with Word, Excel and Google tools (Gmail, Google Docs).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
1 to 2 years customer service experience preferred.
Prior office experience
Capability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to think critically and problem solve
Ability to multitask effectively
Required experience:
Customer Service Experience: at least 1 year
