Job description
Our company is looking for 5-6 qualifying candidates in both front office
and back office.

Back office (Customer Services)
Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Chinese and English is required, Korean is PLUS;
· Self-motivated with positive attitude;
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
· Good Communication Skills;
· Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry a PLUS;
Responsibilities:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service
questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Customer accounts management including opening new accounts and etc.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's
complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining
the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by
collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing
customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Hours:
· 9am to 6pm, M-F

Front Office (sales & marketing):
Qualifications:
· Multiple languages in preferred, but not required;
· Self-motivated with positive attitude;
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
· Good Communication Skills;
· Previous cold-calling/face-to-face sales experience a PLUS;
· Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry a PLUS;
Responsibilities:
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new
accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing
or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales
outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of
dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual
territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on
pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising
techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating
results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing
personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Hours:
· 10:30am to 5:30pm, M-F
